Our bootcamp is an indoor/outdoor class that includes cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility training. This program is designed to be effective for participants of all fitness levels.

Our goal is improving all aspects of your personal fitness while providing an environment that focuses on variety, fun, and camaraderie.

General Information:

When:
Classes are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings
6 - 7am
Where:
Various locations on Queen Anne Hill, please see class calendar for specific dates & locations
Cost:

  • $175 - Full Session - 15 classes*
  • $135 - 10 Class Punchcard (all 10 classes must be used within the current session, unused classes do not carry over)
  • $15 - Single class drop-in rate


*Perfect attendance (all 15 classes) earns you a t-shirt and the chance to win a drawing for a gift card for fitness gear!


What you'll need:

  • yoga or exercise mat
  • two sets of handheld weights:
    • 1 light - 3-8 lbs.
    • 1 heavy - 5-15 lbs.
  • water
